I am an education policy professional with many
years of experience as a teacher, post graduate researcher, and member of various school boards and parent committees. I have been team manager for my children's AFL, basketball and soccer teams, and I previously owned and operated a small business with my husband Andrew, in northern NSW. |
I am currently engaged in high-level policy activities for NSW curriculum reform. I work with the wider community to inform changes to curriculum and assessment policy. I am familiar with government processes and hope to improve communication between local and state government. |
IN THE COMMUNITY
On weekdays, we might cross paths at the local public high school or primary school -
say Hi! I enjoy spending time with my family
exploring our local bushwalking tracks. My favourite is the Warrimoo track to Bobbin Head, much to the dislike of my children! |
In the evening or on the weekend, you might find me at the local netball courts at the Village Green, trying to play tennis at Warrimoo Oval, or swimming at Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre. I like to shop local at St Ives Village Shopping Centre. I also enjoy indulging in food. Lucky for me, when I married my husband Andrew, he was a chef! |
